EM voltage supervisor circuits include voltage detector, power-on reset IC, watchdog and regulator. They can be used with 1.5V to 5V power supplies, consume as low as 3uA, several come in very small SC70, SOT23 and SOT143 packages, making them an obvious choice for battery-powered and handheld products. Operation up to 125°C makes them also an ideal solution for automotive and industrial applications.
